Cookies Policy

1. About cookies
A cookie is a small file containing an identifier that is sent by a web server to your browser and stored there. It is then sent back to the server each time your browser requests a page. Cookies do not typically contain information that personally identifies you.
2. Cookies we use
Immanuel Innovation uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to work - we do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking cookies.
- Session cookie - a session cookie that keeps you securely signed in as you move between pages. It is deleted when you close your browser.
- CSRF/security token - a short-lived value used to confirm that form submissions (like posting a journal entry or uploading a file) genuinely came from you, protecting your account from misuse.
- Remember me (optional, persistent) - only set if you tick “Remember my username” on the login page, so your username is pre-filled next time.
- Cookie consent choice - remembers whether you chose “Accept” or “Essential only” on the cookie banner, so we don't ask again on every visit.
3. Managing cookies
Because all of our cookies are essential to signing in and using the platform securely, blocking them will prevent the site from working properly. Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies through their settings if you wish to do so.
